MOSCOW (AP) An associate of Chelsea soccer club owner Roman Abramovich confirmed Monday that the Russian billionaire's British visa has not been renewed. Abramovich was noticeably absent from the stands when Chelsea won England's FA Cup final at Wembley this weekend.
